Every piece we sell starts as a bar of recycled gold and passes through it, some of them twenty times.\n\nWe buy stones as stones, not as parcels, and we say where each one came from \u2014 including the cases where the trade cannot tell us, because those exist and pretending otherwise is how the word &quot;ethical&quot;
