Your order number is on the confirmation email, above the list of what you bought. It starts with a hash and is five or six digits long.
What the statuses mean
- Processing — paid, picked, waiting for the day’s collection.
- Completed — with the carrier. The tracking number is in the email.
- On hold — something needs a person. We will already have written to you.
