The wireless version uses the same adaptive noise cancelling as Vertex ONE, re-tuned for the Pro driver. The wired version skips the electronics for the purest possible signal.
Wipe the leather with a dry cloth, store the headphones in the hard case, and keep them out of direct sunlight to keep the cushions soft for years.
