Access
Check door clearances, stairs, lifts and room access. Tell the retailer about any restrictions before scheduling delivery.
Inspection
Inspect packaging and the furniture on arrival, keeping the order reference and photographs if a problem is found.
Returns
Publish the applicable return window, collection process, costs and any made-to-order exceptions.
